We do not bill by the hour
We’d rather spend time focused on your matter then watching the clock. We offer all our legal services at a fixed price* so that you can have peace of mind that there will be no unpleasant billing surprises. It means that you will not be charged separately for each phone call or email.
Fixed fee pricing ensures that we complete your work as efficiently as possible but without compromising effectiveness or quality.
How we decide on a Fixed Fee
In setting a fixed fee we take into consider the following factors:
- How unique and complex are the legal issues
- What knowledge, skills and experience are required
- What outcomes are you seeking and the difficulty of achieving them
- What is in dispute and what is at stake
- What risks are involved – both for you and us
- What meetings, documentation, and communication are required

What our past clients have to say
Anyone who has experienced purchasing a home, knows just how stressful the process can be. Even more so when the property is a new development which can be complicated with land subdivisions, new titles etc.
Both Matt and Daniel especially from MTP Law were exceptional in handling my purchase of a new town house. They were on the ball in keeping in regular contact with my bank and the vendor’s solicitors. An issue arose which almost delayed my settlement (my bank’s fault) and they went above and beyond to help provide a solution and rectify the issue. Honest, transparent, direct and no legal jargon. Couldn’t recommend enough and will be directing all my legal issues here in the future.
